Hi sister geeks....its my first time on a thread so here goes!
Ive been doing nails a while now and just starting to get into nail art. Im ordering flowers, crushed shells and what not but wanting to do a bit of airbrushing as it looks really interesting and popular.
As im just wanting to dabble i dont want to pay a lot for the kit so have found one in argos for £49.99 from a company called Rio. It comes with paints and stencils and just wondering if anyone has heard of it. Is it worth a try or should i save for an expensive one?!! Help!

DONT GET THE RIO ONE!!!

I have a friend who is selling her airbush kit....let me know if you maybe interested.

Hi Clair
Welcome to the board. If you do a search on here for Rio Airbrush you will find lots of posts about these kits as this question comes up quite frequently.

Hello, in reply, these cheap airbrushing kits are rubbish, I know, I've tried, There cans of air, which NEVER work and the smell makes you high. The paints are useless, and the airbrush is WRONGE far to big. I used Nail Creations for my course and bought my kit from them, good after sales help. Or try Essential Nails - the home learn people, course and kit at a good price. Designing is the hardest, not the spraying. Enjoy. xx

when it comes to airbrushes you get what you pay for!! If you want to do airbrushing i recomend you get a proper one with a compressor, the rio one is a toy and not for professional use at all.

check our www.freewebs.com/airbrushnails

good luck

P.s if you need help i know quite a bit about airbrushing
