hi could anyone give me some advice on what products to use for fine hair to give it a more thicker fuller look, i read that tigi bedhead products the superstar spray or lotion is good also is their shampoo and conditioner any good any advice would be grateful

My hair is so fine and the products you mention are good. I like the dust which is in a little red pot, gives good root lift that lasts. That's probably the best I've ever used.

Paul Mitchell Root Boost is excellent at giving a good root lift. I'm obsessed with it at the moment! Spray it over the roots and dry them in the opposite direction to where you want it to lay. When it's dry and you brush it back to where it should be you get such a nice lift at the roots. You could do this with whatever product you use, it's a good way to get a quick lift at the roots. It's the only way I can get my hair to have some height to it without backcombing the life out of it! :)

thanks for your replies will give it a go will also pass it on to my eldest daughter who is ruining her hair with all the backcombing she does

Backcombing doesn't do any harm to your hair. Unless she is really ripping at her hair lol. I'm a backcombing fan!
