Another question - please help me!!!!

I am doing my first set of gels on firday and my client wants white tips. I bought some white tips from the wholesalers but haven't used them before.
Anyone got any feedback? I am aware that they don't need blending but should be white blocked over to remove the shine.
Do they last as long as other tips? Anything else I should know?
(I have only got clear gel at the mo.)
Thanks

hello

i buff the tips as i find that they can be quite thick so i thin them and remove the shine.

Hi I love white tips. they are a little easier than normal tips as you don't have to blend - that is if the well is already cut out. Hopefully it should take you less time! It does me anyway!!

Good luck xx

I know that this is probalby too late...

I don't like the white tips but will do them if a client requests or is I am doing pressed flowers.

I will always file out the contact area to give a deeper smile line and then thin them down, as somebody has already mentioned. Be careful not to file the contact area too much though as it may become a little transparent. Just the free edge area...
