Who uses dip and buff? Which brand do you prefer and why? Did you undergo additional training to use your product? Currently looking at cuccio and entity but see there are others by nsi? Any good? Is this system good addition to your services? Is it strong and long lasting in short nails too? Debating buying a starter kit but not sure which to choose. I would like something that's strong and hard wearing but the least chemicals. Can you also use dip and buff straight after a manicure or would this grease up the nail surface too much?

I use the cuccio dip system it's very long lasting clients are getting 3/4 weeks at least! You can do it after a manicure providing you clean the nail plate correctly all my clients are loving it at the minute xxxx

Thanks for replying. Yes I've seen Cuccio powder dip too. Is Entity & Cuccio the main for this system? What made you choose Cuccio over Entity? I'm assuming by the looks they're both high quality products? Trying to decided which brands to buy. I've currently got gelish only for gel polish. Can you paint nail art onto the nail easily with the dip or do most of your clients just opt for the colour power or french powder only? I quite like the idea of extra stregth to the natural nail with this product but little damage to the nail. I'm not qualified in acrylic though. Considering a course manicure, predicure and gel only at the moment. Do you think I'd need to do acrylic qual ideally to use this product mobile at clients homes? I can see it's basically a paint on product mainly though? Do you advertise it to clients as an acrylic system? Sorry, so many questions ;) x

Nail Harmony just brought out a dip system with matching Gelish colours, might be of interest to you if you're already using Gelish.

Oh yes I really should! I didn't think it had come out yet. I wonder what it's like compared to the cuccio and Entity dips?

That I don't know, but the quality of all three products will be very similar and at the end, the quality of the overlay will be mostly down to you. :)

I tried the artistic dip system that I picked up at pro beauty yesterday, and I'd definitely recommend going on a course for the system you choose :)

I've just come across SNS too. Anyone know much about SNS dip? It's saying natural etc implying it's better for you. Not sure if it's clever marketing or if this products just has less nasties?

I chose cuccio as I already use there veneer and colour so was always going too be my first choice. Yes you can apply nail art too the nails. I would always advise you too get the correct training with your chosen system and no I don't advise it as an acrylic system as it's not totally an acrylic system with no monomer I explain what it is and advise it's more hard wearing and longer lasting than the gel polish xxx
