Hi everyone wanted some advise on working from home.

Is there any restrictions if you work from an apartment? This is owning the apartment not renting. Guessing have to speak to leaseholder?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have a search about home businesses on here and cabins. You will find loads of info about working from home.

The basics are that you need to speak with your mortgage company to see if they allow it. Your home insurance may be void so you might have to change providers. Check with your council because lots of them require a treatments license and possibly a visit from the council.
