Just over 8 weeks til Christmas! I have 1 stone to get off so I'm starting today. Would love some company along the way!:wink2: Let's see how we do this coming week. Just one week at a time ok!
I know some of you are doing SW and WW, but this is just for a little extra boost!

I started 5 days ago to lose for Xmas so I'm in!!

I'm counting calories on my app on my phone. I'm making sure I get my 5 a day. And drinking plenty of water.

Weight watchers meals are helping me too :)

Last night was an exception when I drank a lot of wine and went to an Indian restaurant but shhhh keep that bit quiet lol.

I could stand to lose additional 15-20 lbs, so I am in :)
I will bump up my protein intake, water consumption, and extra exercise...maybe stop indulging at the local bakery :(

Everyone welcome! What about we all weigh ourselves next Sunday and post any weight loss. Hopefully that will keep us motivated!

I joined my running clubs lose weight campaign 2 weeks ago, I was doing sober October then but have slipped off the wagon since :( I really need to get my act together way before Christmas as after I start training for London Marathon!
I need to try and lose 1st by Jan, Help!!
 
I'm in I'm in... Bouncing around like a tit must have burnt a few calories, right?? ;)

I'm going to eat more often, ensure breakfast is done EVERYDAY, eat sensible portions and cut out the fizz (again) and drink more water.

I'm starting swimming up after half term once a week on a ladies lane swim but currently take my small person Saturday and Sunday mornings for fun, not many calories burnt there ;)

I've a fab plan in going to do tomorrow - weather permitting.
I'm going to pop to the range to buy two small jars, a sharpie and a loads of glass pebbles..
On one jar I'm going to write 'To lose' and on the other 'Lost' then I'm going to put enough pebbles in for every lb I want to lose then transfer them as and when I lose the lbs... Gotta love a bit of visual encouragement :)

I was doing great until end of August, but then my wedding got cancelled and I've basically gone back to eating wall to wall sh!te :/

Post twins I was 193lbs. Got down to 166 in August, now back up at 179!!!

I neeeeeeeeeeeeed to be under 155 by my 40th in January...yakkkkkk xx

Count me in too. I have had a few hormone problems of late & definitely need to lose over a stone,

I have tried ww but seem to have no motivation, let's hope this kick starts our willpower & encourages one another.
 
Just think this time next week we all will have lost a pound or two if we stick to it. It will work if we try. I resisted all temptation today and feel good about that! Remember only you can control you! It's your choice! Do you want to be a pound or two lighter this time next week or not? No excuses! !
 
Ok, I'm in. I have a loads to lose. I'll set myself a goal of 20lbs. I told my husband if I lose 3 stone he has to give up smoking for good! So far, he's not giving up anytime soon. Going to dig out the old 30 day shred and get Jillian to help me!
