I'm going to eat more often, ensure breakfast is done EVERYDAY, eat sensible portions and cut out the fizz (again) and drink more water.
I'm starting swimming up after half term once a week on a ladies lane swim but currently take my small person Saturday and Sunday mornings for fun, not many calories burnt there
I've a fab plan in going to do tomorrow - weather permitting.
I'm going to pop to the range to buy two small jars, a sharpie and a loads of glass pebbles..
On one jar I'm going to write 'To lose' and on the other 'Lost' then I'm going to put enough pebbles in for every lb I want to lose then transfer them as and when I lose the lbs... Gotta love a bit of visual encouragement
