i'm not renewing either.
i was unsure last year and they talked me round by giving me an o845 number that would record all the calls i got from my y/p ad. they SAID i had 30 in a year. i think thats pretty low if its true and to be honest i have yet to see proof of that number of calls. i personally dont think i even got that many.
there are too many techs in my y/p.
i am going to put my money into yell.com this year as i know i for one just sling the y/p straight into the recycling box when it arrives as its just too big to store. i always use yell.com to find info now and favour the ads that have a direct link to websites, so thats the direction i am going in myself.
