i thought that was quite useful! i could pop a sticker on my clients nails that say 'when this breaks call haley on XXXXXX' hehe!

seriously tho, it really does pay to think about a strategy, i suppose i am just winging it at the mo, being less than a week old! but i am exploring every idea!
