This is the start of my new beauty room, we've painted & wallpapered, just waiting for floor to go down now! So excited, it's only tiny within a hairdressers but it's so nice to be able to say I did it all myself to all my existing clients! Will post once everything's in!

I remember your post and photos. It made a real mess and it was lucky that no one got hurt. It's the last thing you'd expect :0( Ikea (dare I say their name?!) do a table calked Micke (no glass top) which quite a few techs have recently given good reviews on, and it comes in different colours, if it helps x

Ooops sorry ladies... Yes the wallpaper is from Laura Ashley - in the sale! The wall took exactly 2 rolls, so wasn't as expensive as I'd thought!
We finally finished and here is the end result... Im so pleased with it. I've only had one day here but really enjoyed it. The door doesn't provide much help with blocking sound out (as its on the same level as the hair salon) but I have my own music on which I will turn up if I do massage/facials etc.
My nail desk is in the main hair salon just so I get noticed. The main salon will hopefully have a refurb soon as it's pretty basic at the moment, but very very busy, which is what I wanted!
