Alopecia

Is there anything that I can recommend to my clients to help her her growth come back?
She has a cream off her doctor that is supposed to stimulate the scalp. I want to know if there is anything i can do to help

Look into Philip Kingsley tricology products. He is a specialist in that field and his products are amazing/ I am not sure what u can buy alopecia wise, but am sure his website has lots of information and also he has a book think its called the hair bible, it has information about generally hair care such as good foods to eat. his products are really good and will promote healthy hair growth with the new hair.

Also depends on the type of alopecia she is experiencing as there's more than one type.

Other than that be reassuring the worst thing to do is to worry about it, Although that is easier said than done. Hope it works out ok x

Not sure if it would help, but i had a friend come in as she had a really really dry sclp so gave her a thorough conditioning treatment, 10 minutes of petrissage massage the once i rinsed we used the Kadus scalp tonic and again massaged into scalp - the scalp tonic is to stimulate the sabeceatous glandsand help produce natural oils due to the dryness, maybe if its stimulation of the scalp your trying to encourage this could be worth a try??

Tell them to keep it warm when cold , protect skin from sun damage with a spf scalp treatment such as nioxin. I would also recommend nioxin shampoo and conditioner , followed by a scalp treatment. Once a month ( for 3 months) do a scalp re-new dermabrasion treatment. My trichologist advised selenium , silica and zinc supplements along with a healthy balanced diet. Oh she also recommended lots of relaxation stuff eg.yoga , massage , excercise even hypnotherapy.
