Hi everyone! first time posting and I really hope someone can help

My spa's dermapod microdermabrasion machine is having an electrical issue; everytime it is turned on the screen on the pod starts to glitch, almost like putting a magnet near a computer

This has happened before and we left it for a couple of weeks before coming back to it to try and fix it (finding a technician to help fix it is also near impossible) but when we turned it on it was working like normal and continuing to work for the past two months until now. I've changed the used crystals filter and the filter to be changed annually isnt currently in stock but i have my doubts that it's the filters causing the problem

Has anyone had these issues or have any kind of solutions/ starting place to look

Thank you!!

Hello,
This must be irritating.

I presume the people you got the machine from can't help or don't have a service department. The annual check of these machines is necessary. The devices are getting more high tech and for every 6 months they are 2 years behind the new equipment.

We recently had a company [https://silhouettebeauty.co.uk/] in to service all our machines. Maybe they could help with advice the engineer was very knowledgeable.

We actually use diamond head microdermabrasion machines so I'm not able to advise on the crystal.

Your mention of magnet disruption made me wonder if mobile phones would have similar affect?

I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
