I have to say I've had non stop problems with born pretty.. Orders with more broken items than good, orders missing things, and some where they've put in something other than what I've ordered and because delivery took so long they told me I couldn't get it refunded or exchanged as I had passed their refund/exchange deadline! I'm still waiting for replacements and the missing items from an order I placed 1st December and received the end of Jan!
