If you fancy spending your working day training excited beauty students and promoting beauty products in a location close to you, then you are urgently needed for an expanding Professional Tanning Brand, Beauty supply wholesalers and Training Academy, head office is Northamptonshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial, self-motivated sales minded Area Sales and Training Managers to work directly with the MD to develop a truly rewarding sales and training career in the exciting and fast moving sector of professional beauty.
Successful Area Sales and Training Managers will:-
- Actively prospect their local allocated area to generate leads and uncover sales and training opportunities
- Follow up leads to close product and training sales and earn high commission
- Building salon and mobile therapist relationships to maximise product sales for wholesale consumable products, beauty brands and beauty/tanning training
Professional beauty training courses are organised and promoted by head office; however you will be expected to actively sell all areas of the company and ensure that 4-6 beauty students are on each course to receive the maximum £100 day rate for training - you will receive a very attractive commission on all products sold.
Successful Area Sales and Training Managers will be given full product training to gain a clear understanding of the high training standard expectations and associated product sales targets, opportunities and expectations.
