my client has 12/1 30 vol, she wanted like a 9/3 few foils to break it up. I know when you use ash it has to be removed before you do a new shade, but i dont want to do a light bleach bath all over the hair as its just where shes having foils that need it. i have tryed putting color sync 9wn , but it just goes a cool horrible shade due to the ash in the hair. any ideas geeks.xx

9/3 will be goldfish!! 9wn will look rank. Yes because sync is tone on tone!! People forget this x

what would you use??
as far i know you can use color sync on blonde hair?
i know it's tone on tone, but it covers over blonde better than permanent due to it's staining power.

Perhaps try a couple of strand tests before hand say one with colour sync 8wn and one with possibly 9w with 3% in socolor beauty and see what's best and what the client prefers:)
