I left Wella koleston perfect color and processing solution in my car overnight night and temperature dropped below freezing. Is it still okay to use?

Honestly, I don't know if it's possible. But I'm also interested in this question because I had a similar case and I threw it away and didn't risk it

I wrote to Wellapro and they responded,

We can’t guarantee product performance if it is exposed to either freezing or extremely hot temperatures above 104°F, storage temperature should not be below 0°C (32°F) or above 40°C (104°F).

More specifically: Water-based products including stylers, shampoos, conditioners, developers, color, etc. must not be frozen. Product can change texture, separate, and/or not reconstitute correctly upon thawing.

I suggest strand testing the product to see what your results would be. It will be up to your discretion as to whether you use the product or not.
