All my clients seem to be coming in blonde-joys of summer! where are my autumn/winter rich chocolates i miss so much :Scared:

was just doing a roots for a client and her colour was looking a bit iffy had a rummage through and she seems to have two patches that are rather ashy! i know she's been away for university (i do her mothers hair) its the fact that it's just this area that baffles me looks like maybe a student dye job! please no live colour :Scared: but my thought is obviously counteract this ash tone with a golden. Then came the usual face when i tell a blonde that this is needed to correct it 'i dont want to be ginger' yes you wont be ginger.

Now is it the same procedure as usual? this area is very pronounced where as im use to with toning all over as the whole head is fairly off, as ive never had one/two patches that are so out of place like this. other than trying to just put it on this area, but then toning over to even out all that?

Sent her off with a shopping list to try get her hair back up to scratch it doesnt appear it but obviously these patches have happened somehow

oh and her 'hopes'=whether i advise or no is that she wants to go back to the cool blonde she was before and asked how long she has to wait for that- my thoughts are until her hair is a'ok!
