Balmain tape extensions

Hi,
has any one used Balmain tape extensions I am considering them as I have had a bad experience with another Company which I wont mention who.

Their lack of support which was astonishing I was in contact with them prior to my consultation and after to ensure correct application used but as a result I had to give my client a full refund to my client.

I was told further training more money please? when I have lost money due to their conflicting info provided. In short 3 letters later and i am not getting the direct answers I need as to what went wrong.

They advertise in there brochure a model with 5 inches of natural hair with 3 times the length of extensions applied then proceed to tell me the "no more than double in length rule" for all our extensions"
When I point out their before and after shot in their brochure No direct Answer???

My application was wrong as a result of this also because I packed them in more than 2 finger in width apart, I was told to buy a full head and a quarter or even extra half pack for ease of blending.
If I followed the 2 finger width with all this hair I would of not used it all???

I used them recently and had a bit of a disaster, as the colours aren't the same as on colour wheel, so I ordered a level colour to dye, but the dye didn't take on the tape, client had really fine hair and as you could see one of them she was paranoid. I ended up taking them out the next day. There's a bit more to it than that but to long winded. Balmain were really supportive and sent me a new batch of hair and extra tape for free, but at the moment my client won't have them back in. Hth x

I've personally used the Balmain clip-tape extenions which have clips on as well as the tape and found them really nice, easy to apply (both clip and tape) very easy to remove as well. Good colour variety and end result.x
