I'm just starting out I've got some basecoat on skin and she has said one hand duller than the other so one shinier than the other so stressed what can I do

I don't think base coat on skin would cause that. It would mainly cause lifting of polish or gel. Is it regular nail polish used or gel polish?

I was working in an environment mobile where there was children around basically sitting on my knee haha and think I got a little basecoat on skin how do I remove from skin at the side of her nail or it happened when she put her hand in the lamp just unsure how to get off skin? X

You need to set clear boundaries when working mobile.
Definitely no children or animals nearby.

You do realise that curing gel product on the skin could end up causing the client to become allergic to the product, don't you?

If you get it on the skin, you can try an orange wood stick, or a cleaning up brush with acetone
if it's too cured try clipping it gently with nippers. If all these steps end up disrupting your prep and puts your manicure at jeopardy, you can continue finishing ensuring whatever you put from here on is where it should be on the nail, and take a file at the very end and smooth around the side.

Just so you know though, this is not why your one hand would be dull. Sounds to me like it wasn't cured long enough.

If you cut the excess with nippers or file it, it will lift. It should be a complete removal and redo. Hth.
