Hiya I'm looking for some advice from someone who does sew in weaves! I have a weave atm 18 inches with 4 wefts and I really want an ombre. What I have in my mind is having the last two wefts the the bottom of my hair a couple of shades lighter than the rest. Now will this look ridiculously fake or ok? Or better off buying a pre coloured weft? Thanks for all your help

Most of my ombres are created like how you've described, personally think it gives a softer effect than a pre coloured ombre weft which can have a harsh line x

I agree, I don't like pre made ombré extensions I think they look more natural when you just blend the lighter shades into natural hair colour xx

Thanks geeks! I'll go for a different shade weft then, I'm only worried about the placement as my natural hair is just sitting on my shoulders and don't want the ombre too high up really so my natural hair pokes through if you know what I mean

Does the same apply to i tips and doing ombre? Im doing a colour match today and im so sick with worry about it lol. I want it to be perfect. Any advice? I dont like the look of the ombre strands themselves?
