Bleach bath

Hi i have a client, she has a natural base of a 5, probably 30% grey now and has been having 4.51 & 4 for years, she now wants to go slightly lighter so not as much of a contrast with the grey, she likes 5.4 or 6.46, was gonna do a bleach bath but can not remember the ratio of bleach, peroxide and shampoo, is it even amount of each? can anyone help? Also was thinking of using half 6.46 and half 6, want good coverage on the grey, but also want it to look rich? any ideas?

I use 30ml 6%, 15ml shampoo, 1 scoop of bleach and 60ml of warm water x
