Hi geeks!!

I have got to create a boxed nail art design for my level 3 nail course at college. I have choose the theme Christmas (as it was meant to be in before Christmas!!) I've looked at loads of pictures of Xmas nail art but just wanted to see if anybody has any good/ different ideas for me?
We are doing it as a mini competition in college so want to do my best!!

Thankyou :)

This is what i did on my own nails.... Bit messy but gift wrapped nonetheless :)

I've made some little square "parcels" with red acrylic and I've done this design on the top :)

Thanks! It looks lovely :)

Thanks! It was my first attempt, I now make them as framed gifts for people :)

This is amazing!! Mine nothing like this!! I'm struggling to come up wit a design idea.. Christmas themed!! :/ x

I'm thinking I might change my theme to something that gives me more to play around with.. Any ideas anyone??

I'm going to completely bombarded you with questions now so I apologise!!

What do you use to create your designs?? I'm thinking I might get some nail art pens to make it easier?

How do you create your design and picture, do you draw a rough guide onto the tips and go off of that or do you just go for it and see how it goes?

Where do you buy your large nail tips from as I haven't got any of them yet?

Thanks!!

I get cheap tips from eBay, think they're called saloon tips, if you PM me I can give you the item number :)

I use acrylic paints for the most part, some 3D acrylic but the people, cars etc are homemade transfers (painted on a plastic pockets, few topcoats then peeled off)

I just get my rough idea on paper then crack on on the tips

X
