Brush to apply chrome powder?

Hi please can you advise me where I can get a silicone eyeshadow brush or rubber one...been looking everywhere

Someone posted a video by Nona Philipa and she uses a make up sponge in it, looks much easier than an eyeshadow applicator and they have that silicone kind of feel I would say.
