Charging for lash extension removal?

Is it usual to charge for removing lash extensions if it is your regular client? I've done a couple of removals without charging but it takes up 20 minutes or so and have begun to think I may need to charge.
What is traditional in the industry?

If I do a new set of individuals then I don't charge, but if its just removal then I charge £20.

My express lashes include removal.

Express lashes are £40 - £45 inclusive of removal.
