There's a beautician that works with us that uses an online booking system and it works for her and she's mega busy and says she never has no shows anymore BUT when clients come in to book with her we can't do anything and have to tell them to go through her and I wonder how many clients she'd lose that way X

No one gets a second chance. I don't need those clients. This is my job. I am not doing this for fun. I used to. But now it's my living. No more Mrs nice nail girl. Turn up or go somewhere else. Time wasters can go somewhere else.
