Colour advice please

Ok so see my pic I had my colour done 2 weeks ago and paid £85 for colour cut & blow, yep very xpensive I nearly fell out of the chair when she told me the price.

I did used to do my hair myself colour wise but will not be forking out that much money again, it's like a deep red.

Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to buy from Ellisons to refresh my roots, and what developer do i need?

I can see my grey coming through already so wanna stock up.

Oh I think the colour was a 5.65 or around that number, I'm not a hairdresser just need advice.

This is a professional site as i presume you know, this may be the consumer part of the forum but that doesn't mean you will get any advice about using PRO products when you're not trained...

we train for a reason, as do you as a nail tech. dont mess with the colours, if the price is a problem for you, find a salon looking for models and have an apprentice apply your colour and a senior cut it...you'll find this much cheaper and atleast you'll have professional knowledge behind your colour choice and application

Haha i know, you should have seen some of the reply's i had from a topic the other day! a mod deleted it because it was just rediculous...

i keep finding too many extension threads on the hair forum so i come over here when im bored paha x

oh god, you wouldn't have wanted to, we'd have been hunting her down haha.

im starting to think they need a new forum just for extensionists...its getting a bit rediculous...i dont do them so i suppose it annoys me more than people that do but i mean its always wheres the best place to get hair from...we're not always asking where there best place to by majirel the cheapest or anything like that. i dont know much about them but surely if you train with one company, you should use their hair? could be wrong though but i just don't see why all these questions need to be repetitively asked!
