My client doesn’t like the use of bleach on their hair, for a long time I’d got a very good lift to their desired blonde using Rusk Deepshine shade SL01a. This shade is now completely discontinued. Can anyone recommend another super lightener permanent colour that lifts really well? Thanks in advance
