A co worker had her hair done by a stylist which needs correcting.
Previously she was full head of bleach blonde highlights with a 3 " regrowth. She wish to go darker to 8/1 or 9/1. Cool tones.
The stylist applied 99/0 10/1 equal parts with a splash of 8/03. This is what it states a record card. Christ knows what this would have achieved .. I know it did achieve warm roots. She took this through to the ends after 20 mins. It toned it slightly but there is a huge colour difference hence a band.
My question is if I apply 9/1 colour touch would this be fine. Would it not appear khaki on ends? In my head it saying fine cause you can use these shades as toners... And would this provide a more uniform colour or would I need to apply a darker shade on ends to get this to the same colour.
