Cracking chrome nails!

Hi can anyone shed any light on to why when I've done a set of chrome/mirror nails some might crack? I use the 'glaze n go' top coat as I've been told to use a normal wipe top coat. They look fab for so long then just crack.

Glaze and go should only be used on acrylic or hard gel, if you use it on natural nails with gel polish it will crack or 'shatter' when the natural nail flexes and bends X

Ahhh ok that makes sense..so all I need now is to find a no wipe top coat any recommendations?
