Cuticle e-file bit speed?

I am a certified e-file user however I was taught to use my cuticle bit at around 15,000rpm and I feel either this speed is too fast, or I am applying slightly too much pressure.
What speed do you work at with your cuticle / skiver bit? (My e-file is 30,000rpm)

Use mine (an Erica sciver bit in fine) at about 10000 rpm. I'e also uses the light elegance preppy bit but found it too harsh. I think it would depend on your bit and your comfort level
