This client obviously considers you a valued technician and you have a great relationship.

All clients are important and sometimes we just have to rise above a situation.

I tried hard to read the post but it got rather tedious with the contents of the letter. I'd like to believe that as a nurse she would be able to recognise the difference between different types of infections. If you had a picture it would be helpful. Anyway, the good thing is she aired her thoughts on it so you can both move on now. I didn't read the whole thing and didn't take much notice of the syntax or grammar of any posts here. Glad she came back as a client and enjoy the tip!
