i agree....i think that person doesn't know how hard it is to learn i did the en home learn course and yes i passed and i did get insurance with it and it took me ages to pass.... i also did my manicures and pedicures at college and loved it and the only downside of home learn is if you are stuck you have to make a phone call about the issue and cant actually see the tutor.....it makes me mad whem some people see fit to judge others by how they learnt:|

imho if they are good at what they do and get extra training then what does it matter.

Personally I do not see why the Home learners should worry about what anyone else thinks and I cannot understand why anyone who has gone the classroom route should spend two seconds being disgusted or worried about home learners.
Get on with your own business and let others get on with theirs.

I started out doing nails with no formal training at all ... yes I did .. so there! Does that make me disgusting?? I did great nails (I was an artist) but had a allot to learn and I was smart enough to realize it and carry on learning.

Everyone starts somewhere. The smart ones will go on learning and recognize their short comings and the stupid arrogant ones won't. What has that got to do with me or my business??

Does the original poster feel threatened by this person?? .. if not then forget it and what she is doing ... if you do, then why do you ?? You are not going to change anything by being disgusted.
