Do you send a confirmation text or message out to people to confirm their appointment and to ask that they come in free of nail products before an appointment or free or any products before a tan etc? Obviously depending on treatment x

Hi, yes I do a few days before their appointment. I send a text with the time and date, also a reminder of my address (home salon) and any requirements such as no mascara if it's a lash appointment ect. X

Yes I send a confirmation on booking as well, then I send a reminder the day before as well
