Why do you need
"Face-to-Face with Doug Schoon?"

The Queen of the nail industry is "Misinformation" and "Myth" is King. Yet, very few nail techs read my books or watch my video series, so they remain trapped by incorrect information. The nail world's biggest problem is that many nail techs are seriously under educated about nails and nail products, but don't know it. Why don't more rely on these valuable resources? Here are the most common excuses:
1) I don't like to read.
2) I don't like to watch videos
3) I don't have the time.
But in truth... many foolishly believe they "know enough already". This is the most dangerous myth of all and it is slowly destroying the nail industry.
I know many of the top nail educators in the world, and still... I've never met anyone who knows all they should. If you think you "know enough" you're just fooling yourself and your clients will not get the best they could from you. I also hear,
4) I don't have the money.
That's why I self-publish/produce my books and videos, to keep them very inexpensive. So, skip a latte' or buy a little less glitter and focus on improving your technical knowledge. You'll gain a much better understanding and your clients will love it. You'll work smarter/safer and be less easily fooled by deceptive marketing, so you'll make smarter choices. Most of all, you'll be helping to improve the nail industry.
