Some training providers are sympathetic of how the loan is only available for level 3. As a result some take people straight on at level 3 and get them up to standard.
The above is possible with makeup and nails but with beauty and hair you'd need to do level 2 first. Having said that, it is possible to do level 3 beauty massage route with no prior experience at some colleges but it does mean that you'll be massage qualified only.
