Environ - advice please

Hello,

Are there any Environ experts out there please? I have had N Light laser therapy on my face (for bad acne) and the results have been good, the laser clinic I went to advised using Environ B Active range which they stock. I have been using Sebuwash, Sebutone and Sebugel for about 6 months now and the results are fantastic. However, I'm not entirely satisfied with the advice from the laser clinic when I have questions about the Environ range - they only have one person there who is trained in the range and she is never available so have only ever been able to speak to her over the phone and I don't feel confident in what I am being told. Basically after using Sebugel in the morning I find it leaves my skin too sticky and dry to apply foundation to without it going patchy so I have been using a cheap senstive skin lotion after the gel just as a base for my foundation but I would rather use an Environ moisturiser, the laser clinic have sold me AVST1 and told me to use it after the Sebugel and before my make up but is it ok to interact AVST range with the B Active range? I read in some literature that Environ actually do a seprate Interactive range to be used alongside any of their other ranges. Please help, I'm very confused!!!! I love Environ products but am confused with all the different ranges and don't feel I am potentially getting the best from them? Any advice is welcome. Thank you!!

I hope you get a response soon. My sis in law specialises in Environ but she is in St Albans, Herts. If you don't get any specific help with your queries about the product then have you thought about contacting Environ direct? I do think it is a bit off not getting more reassurance from the place where you are purchasing from.

What about using the Sebugel at night and the AVST in the morning I have no problem with makeup after AVST. Make sure you are only using a small amount 1.1/2 pumps usually is sufficient.

Are you using a mineral makeup too?

Thanks, I have contacted iiaa/Landmark and there are two distributors in my area, one lady who has retired and the other a local salon who I discussed my problems with over the phone and made an appointment to go in for an Environ facial, when I got there the lady who was trained in Environ wasn't there!! So I had my facial and ordered my products, they said a couple of days and would call when they were in, a week passed so I called them to chase (this was on a Wednesday) they said by the end of the week, Friday came and went I heard nothing so called them Saturday morning and was told Monday - Monday came and went still no products so quite frankly I would rather give my business to someone else!! They obviously don't need the business! I will go back to iiaa and ask for stockists in a wider area. Good idea to use Sebugel at night and AVST in the morning - thanks very much

It makes me so angry to hear this!!!!

I am so sorry you are having such difficulty, Environ is a wonderful product range and Stockists should be passionate about that!!!

1 trained therapist????????? what is that all about??? I am a small business operating alone I now have a lady working with me a couple of days a week and her Environ training was the 1st priority I had!

If I can help any more just shout but Landmark should be of more help if you phone them again.

I am really unfamiliar with geography but I know Axiom Bodyworks in Basingstoke stock Environ and Andy is passionate about both his advice and his products so if you are anywhere near him I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Hi there

What you should be doing is slowly mixing Sebugel with AVST-1 morning and evening by way of cocktail, with equal proportions of both products, mixed in the hand and then applied to face. After one tube ofr AVST-1 you need to progress on to AVST-2, again using it in combination with Sebugel. You may need to progress up to AVST-3 but without knowing your age or other skin concerns I cannot recommend this.

I am sorry you are having problems with Environ. It is a fantastic skincare range.
