Fake bake pod and using other tans?

I have been reading the forum for a while now and have found them really useful, I wish I had found them before I bought my spray tanning equipment but that is a whole other story lol!
I have the fake bake pod system but was just wondering if anyone could advise me if it's ok to use other tans with it? I have ordered some samples to try due to fake bake being out of stock AGAIN! But am just a bit nervous about trying them, I was thinking of getting my husband to spray me with them first but if I'm honest his technique isn't great so don't know how good an idea I will get lol.
I have asked fake bake if they will consider refunding my pod if I return it to them as I think I would probably be better of just getting another kit from somewhere else as I don't know how I can be expected to run a business if they can't supply me with liquid but I will have to wait and see how they respond but I'm not holding out much hope!

Just to let u know,fakebake will deffinetly be available by the end of next week.u can use any solution with ur pod,so maybe just try some samples of other brands for the moment and find one u like,although im having a problem doing this myself as i cant find anything as good as fakebake,they all have the gold pigment,which gives the orangey tinge!not a good look!x

Hi, thanks for replying. I will try some samples and see how it goes. I suppose I feel a bit let down by fake bake, I don't know how I can run an exclusively fake bake business when I can't get any liquid!

I ordered a sample of nouvatan on fri and it came on sat and I'm i'm in N.Ireland so I am really impressed with their service so hope I like it!

I do love the colour of fake bake on me but recently I have found on some clients with pale skin its been very light so am hoping to try some samples on pale skinned friends and see if I can find an alternitive to offer them.
