I have a lady in for flash cap highlights but she wants 2 colours blonde and copper, her hair is too short for foiling. i have done this years ago and put foil inbetween the rows so i could do 2 colours, but it's very fiddly and time consuming.Anyone have any other ways of doing it?:|

Just brush the hair flat in circles from right to left all way around the head, makes it loads faster xoxo

Any other ideas?:green:

Anymore ideas, please.

I remember years ago using the cap and alternating the colour round in circles like a walnut whip seperating the colours using neck wool, but must admit i haven't used this technique in about 12 years.

I know its so fiddly but her hairs very short,so if you foil:| it its springing all over as its very bouncy. i will just have to struggle on lol.thanks for your replys.xx

the cotton wool method works well, in a waulnut whip shape al round the head :)

If her hair's really short you'll see rings of colour ! How about pulling through then using your fingers to pop colour on instead of a brush, like if you were just doing colour tips ?
