I have a girl who has gel color every two weeks, but she now works evenings in a restaurant environment and they are lifting within a couple of days. Does anybody have any handy hints to make them last?

Where does the lifting start? If it's at the free edge then you need to check you are capping sufficiently. Length can also be an issue with FE chipping, especially in that environment.

If it's cuticle end lifting then that's more a maintenance issue, she's not wearing gloves if rinsing glasses, washing tables down with detergent, etc.

It's quite a hard job for nails to withstand, you might find Gel Polish just isn't man enough to withstand all the bashing and work she's doing.

Thank you Trinity. I thought that too but it's good to have it confirmed. I also think people think the gel color is much stronger than it is
