Gel nails

Hi can anyone help. How do u get coloured gels off. I've tried wrapping in cotton wool with acetone and soaking in acetone and they didn't budge.

Do you know the brand used? It sounds like a hard gel which cannot be soaked off, it needs to be buffed off carefully without damaging the natural nail

You may have found you just needed to buff the topcoat then soak, that's why I asked what brand it was, but problem solved
