I'm new to Gelish and I've had a couple of clients say their colour has peeled off or began to chip away slightly at the edges. Does anybody know why this could be?

Maybe Run through your application and we can try to work out if there's anything that could be causing the problems.
Or
It could also be something that your clients are doing. Do you give your clients enough info about aftercare?

my mate whos nails i do had this problem with gelish until i bought cuccio veneer fuse bonder. its really good and works brilliantly. no lifting at all since using it

Wouldn't bonder inhibit removal?

Did you cap the free edge correctly? As cheekychick said above, maybe go through your application, and post some pictures. :)

Cuccio products aren't designed to be used with Gelish. So personally I wouldn't recommend you try that.

Nail harmony advise other ways to stop chipping but it's best to find out what the problem is first before you start buying other things to try to correct the problem.
It could be something really simple. x

The chipping tends to be at the sides as shown in this pic. I do all the steps taught on the harmony training :)

Are you making sure your colour coats are thin and that the colour & top it off aren't touching the skin? As this can cause chipping especially where the chip Is shown in the picture.

Could you be more thorough with your prep?

Just troubleshooting to rule things out. x
