Hi,
Any help appreciated,

Got a client, she had 415 richesse applied about 4 months ago and done nothing since. She text me yesterday to ask for the red stripping out of her hair as she wants to go lighter for her wedding in september. i dont like colour strippers so was thinking majirel 607 with base 6 as an inbetween colour (natural base 6) and loreal platinium and 30 vol fine highlights all over (blue platinium) then next time just highlight? anyone think of anything better?

thanks muchely xx

Blue platinium with 30's tends to lift with a hell of a lot of warmth especially if youve got red undertones there already, what other colours has she had previous to the 4.15?

hiya,

thanks for your reply!

she has only had it coloured twice in a couple of years and last colour was pretty much the same.

the tricky thing im finding is lightening from a 607? i use loreal. any advice appreciated:biggrin:

So is she a 4.15 now or has she faded lighter? You wont have trouble lifting the 607, just not sure it would cover the 4.15, id do half a head fine weave i think and flood the 607 through or maybe 507 if shes still a dark base to make sure you cover the 415

hiya,

Think you are probably right with the 507, 607 maybe not quite covering. just didnt want it to go to dark. what do you think to highlighting with majimeche and 30 vol? and what would u do next time?

Thanks for your help xxx

forgot to mention, she hasnt had it coloured for months so the 415 has faded xx

Id stick with a lower develop if i was you, go for 20vol may take a little longer to get the lift but you will have less warmth at the end result. As for next time, just reassess then, if the condition is good weave out the darker sections foil with platinium and then maybe flood an eight through then as you will have a lighter base to work with.
