Grrr 24hr delivery is now 5 day delivery and counting...!!

I am really sorry to rant and I'm hoping you'll sympathise with the current situation. Basically I used foxy who offer only next day delivery services, ordered just after midday Wednesday for my client who wanted them installed Saturday - perfect, or so I thought!!!!

I've seen a few people moan about deliveries from them so was wondering did you get postal costs refunded or anything please? I've called them and they said 'should have been delivered really sorry take it up with uk mail' but I ordered from you not uk mail!!!!

Any advice greatly appreciated please.

Its Simon here, iv checked your account and your order was placed on Thursday 8th March at 2.06pm. Our cut off time for dispatch is 1.30pm therefore you missed the cut off time that day. We therefore dispatched your order on Friday 9th March via your choosen dispatch method, next working day delivery 8am-6pm, meaning your order is due for delivery to you today.

When we dispatch our orders using UK Mail we provide the company with either your mobile phone number or your email address, they then update you with tracking and delivery information. On the rare occassion that an order has not turned up on time we will do everything in our power to get it chased up and delivered speedily, otherwise we do refer customers back to UK mail if the delivery is not yet overdue. Your order can be tracked and traced on the uk mail website unsing the trakcing information you would have been text/emailed.

Dont worry about it Anna For future reference its a 1.30pm cut off time for orders...we also do a saturday delivery if you require it for a weekend. Hope everything is sorted now
