Hair extensions advice

I have a hair extension aftercare booklet which I go through and explain to my clients that's very similar to your advice which is good! Just hoping she's not grasping how to wash out the shampoo properly so hopefully a demo will help! X

So my client has no bumps, no tightly fitted micro loops and no redness but has an itchy scalp! Could this be caused by the x10 shampoo? Xx
