Warm oil is beneficial for aching joints, dry chapped hands/nails, nourishing treatment, then wrap in clingfilm and put the hands into towel gloves and place in the heated mitts, so relaxing!
Hand masks are again a skin conditioning, nourishing treatment for the hands improving the appearance of the skin and are usually used after the exfoliation, which removes dead skin and improves circulation when put on with effluerage movement, which in turn increases blood supply to the nails encouraging better growth.
