Has anyone ordered from Nail Stars before?

I'm just wondering because I put in an order on Monday that qualified for next day delivery, nothing came yesterday and there not replying to my emails?
There's no phone number in their website either so I'm in a bit of a panic!

If you paid by card, you'll be covered if nothing turns up anytime soon.

I too though would be very wary of any site which didn't have any contact details whatsoever.

I'll assume you've only ordered consumables and not any professional products from this site, the reason being that it's likely they're unauthorised distributors. That's just a "by the way" comment anyway

I've never heard of them before but they use Yodel so this might be your problem - try giving them a call to see if they can tell you anything!

Also, according to a couple security websites it's a relatively new site but the company is based in America?

Get on to Yodel first, then if no joy, contact your credit card company or bank so that they're aware of a potential dispute.

Grafton International are the authorised distributors for IBD products, so you'd be better off ordering directly through them next time. Not only for authenticity, but for customer service and insurance purposes (in case of an unwanted allergic reactions).

Thanks girls, I think I will only buy from Capital in future as I've just received my 5 polishes that I ordered from Amazon and one of those is a replica
Still nothing from nail stars or yodel, good thinking though, I'll give yodel a ring.
What a bloody nightmare!
