Help..grey blonde

advice for grey blonde. i have a client who always colours her own hair, because shes thrifty, and she asked me to make her a grey blonde, so i had to bleach up her hair, as it was a warm blonde and i used a 12/11 wella as toner, and within a week its washed right out, what can i put on now, the greyer the better as this is what she wants. not sure of wella numbers but........... what if you do a platnum toner with an inch of blue black

its always worked before, just a touch of 12/11 with pastel, works a treat, except in this case of course, as i wanted greyer ,

The levels of ammonia will scrap the hair and blow the cuticle right open! Which is shy you lost your colour, try 10/1 with /68
