Help with UK model of CND LED lamp

Hi

I really need some help from a Uk geek that has a Genuine UK model CND LED lamp purchased from sweet squared or Ellison. Would you be able to send me a photo of the little electrical sticker on the base of the lamp and also a photo of the plug.
Ive purchased one from elsewhere which cleary stated it was a UK model and i do not think it is. would be great to confirm that there is a difference.
