How do you eliminate air bubbles during your product re-application as an infill

hey guys , i know what to do if the air bubbles were created when doing the first application of the enhancement.
How do you eliminate air bubbles during your product re-application as an infill?

Bubbles in the previous cured product or bubbles in the new application?

And I assume you are using acrylic?

As an infill and yes either acrylic or gel .

Hey , i am doing a course paper on it and im not entirely sure however i would like to know what would i do if it was in both the cured product and the new application
