Hi everyone,

I was just wondering how much you charge for replacing nails?
I have a rule that if my clients break a nail within the first two weeks then I fix it free of charge but after that, if they want one fixing before their next appt, they have to pay.
But how much should I charge for a replacement nail?
I charge £20 for a full set so I'm just thinking £2 for each nail?
Thanks

Wow I have to say that 2weeks is a long time Grace period....I give 5 days and I think that is too long...most give 3 days....but I charge £3 to fix a nail....the thing is you just don't know how they treat there nail once they walk out.....!!! I would lower your Guarantee period for sure ...2 weeks and they would about be coming back for infills xx

I charge £5 per individual nail, if that's all their having done, (I'm mobile so it's like a call out!)£3.50, if in with other treatments x

I think I may start doing that I mean plumbers have a call out!!! Xx

You have not said what service that price is for so hard to comment 100% accurately but like the other said 2 weeks is FAR too long for a free repair . I allow 2 days and thats it !

Also £2.00 again is far to low for one nail repair . Yes it may only be a 10th BUT it takes far longer to do just one nail pro rata .

Normally when you are doing a full set you are never idle - When one hand is in the lamp you are working on the other ect .

I charge £42.50 for a full set of gel with colour and my one repair price is £6.00. I am not mobile

Just for this one nail I have to prep , apply tip and then counting up the layers you have a min of 10 mins in the lamp so will prob take about 15 mins int total

If you charge £ 20 for a full set I would probably price a repair at around £3.50 or so
x
