Hi all !! So i have a client with roots level 3 natural and lenght and ends like a golden copper level 7 she wants to have super bright red goig through her hair (top included) and the rest a shiny red still bright but not as bright as the slices.. The colora would be like the ones on the picture and the other pic is her hair.. She also has big roots..

I use wella kolestone, color touch, magma and i am introducing elumen tomorrow for the first time..

What do you guys suggest I do.. Can this be achieved with elumen ?

Not sure if its right but what I would do is remove some of the 7

Then I would do magma slice
And then id colour in between with 66/44 + 0/45 mix

Or id do the remove of 7 then do some bleach. Slice and use colour crazy and then in between those colours orrrr I would do magma slice or colour crazy and use 0/45 on its own hope that makes sense haha.

I've used Elumen in the past! Brilliant stuff but stains terribly.
The thing with Elumen is it doesn't lift, so you would have to pre lighten the sections she wants really vibrant. And possibly lift her base to maybe a 5 or 6 to get it the darker shade of red.
Anyone else got any tips??
I've not used it for a long while but I used to colour my sisters hair with the red and her hair was about a base 5 (natural) and came out slightly darker than the picture you've put on!

You must use the lock after shampooing too.
Be extra vigilant to apply carefully around the hairline as it will stain the scalp pink. It does come off after a few washes though!

Which one did u use? Rr@all ? Im scared it will be an orangy red.. What if i do 3/4 rr@all and 1/4 rv@all.. What would that look like?? Thinking about bleaching out some slices and then doing like pastel and bleach on roots to bring it to a 7 and then apply elumen allover? What do you think?

Yeah, that would work nice! I used RR@all on my sister. But it wasn't orangey at all! X

How did it go?

I'd slightly remove some of the copper to a red/gold stage
Then slice with majicontrast
And flood with majirel 666 :) x

Gorgeous!!!!!
Elumen is such a fab range. Hardly any fade and the more times you do it the more the pigment penetrates the hair!!

That will mean you red fades to an orange! You need 0/65 or a bit of 0/22 which I Beleive is blue?
